To confirm your reservation we ask for a 30% deposit with a minimum amount one night. Our cancellation policy is 3 days during low season and 7 days during middle, high and peak season.

Deposits may be paid by a cheque drawn on a French bank or by credit card, stating the expiry date, security code and payment authorisation.

• “25% OFF” PACKAGE
  Valid to/from dates: From the 1st of March until the 26th April and from the 13th October until the 03rd November 2013.
  Package description: 5 nights for the price of a 4-night stay. Offers can be combined, i.e.   4=5, 8=10, 12=15, etc.
  Type of accommodation: Offer valid for all “classic” double rooms overlooking the hills.
  
  
• “GOLF” PACKAGE 
  Valid to/from dates: From the 1st of March until the 29th March and from the 13th October until the 03rd November 2013.
  Package description: 2-night stay with breakfast and green fee reservations + golf cart for two people at the Blue Green golf course in Sainte-Maxime. Several services with a single reservation. This offer may be combined with others, in which case we will offer you a range of courses. Make the most of the special rates we have negotiated with the finest golf courses in the surrounding area.

• “GOURMET GETAWAY” PACKAGE
  Valid to/from dates: From the 1st of March until the 26th April and from the 13th October until the 03rd November 2013.
  Package description: 3-night stay in a “classic” double room overlooking the hills with half board. Free cocktail served by the Maître d’hôtel every evening prior to your 4-course dinner. A VIP welcome awaits you in your room with complimentary slippers and bathrobes, a selection of “Soins au Naturel” toiletries and a gourmet platter.

• “HALF-BOARD” COMFORT
  Valid to/from dates: all year round.
  Description: This competitive option includes both a buffet breakfast and our 4-course half-board menu for adults or a special children’s menu for our younger guests.
  Our half-board menu is made up of a range of special dishes from our restaurant menu. The menu changes every day. You will also be offered a choice of hot or cold starter and a choice of meat or fish for your main course at each meal.   Dessert is also a key part of the meal, with a choice of pastries or lighter options.
  Adults: €36 per person per day.
  Children (3-12 years): €20 per person per day.
  
  
• “ALL-INCLUSIVE” COMFORT
  Valid to/from dates: all year round, with a minimum length of stay of 4 nights.
  Description: Everything’s included so there are no nasty surprises! Our “all inclusive” comfort package includes a buffet breakfast, a salad lunch, half-board menu in our restaurant for diner and all drinks. Take your pick from a wide range of options on our wine list at dinner (1/2 bottle per person) along with our cocktail of the day or any other aperitif of your choice.  Unlimited soft drinks, mineral water, draught beer and hot drinks served round the clock from the hotel bar. This fine sandy beach in the Bay of Nartelle offers extremely competitive rates on deckchairs and parasols if you stay for lunch. Whether you opt for a simple light snack or an exceptional lunch, “La Voile” is at your service to ensure it meets your needs.  Beach towels are provided free of charge.
  Valet parking and local shuttle buses are available during the summer.
